Prayer Workshop With Dr. James Banks

Saturday, January 7th, 2017

Restoration Community Church

To kick off our January emphasis on prayer, author and pastor Dr. James Banks will be with us this Saturday to lead an evening workshop. He will give two talks - "What Difference Does Prayer Make?" and "Praying God's Word." At 6:00 pm, we will break and have a supper of pizza and Caesar salad. If you plan on attending and eating with us, please bring $5.00 to contribute for food. If you have any questions, please email Pastor Gary at gary@restorationcommunitychurch.org. Here is a brief bio on James: Dr. James Banks' bestselling writing on prayer has encouraged nearly two million people worldwide. His work blends Scriptural truth, down to earth insight and personal candor in a way that really connects with readers. James' several books on prayer, including the popular Praying the Prayers of the Bible and Prayers for Prodigals, have been translated into multiple languages including Spanish and Chinese. James is also a writer for Our Daily Bread and has been a pastor and church planter for over 25 years. James and his wife Cari have been married 31 years and have two adult children.
