PAZ Studios
Join RYT-500 Kate Renganeschi for an evening vinyasa under the blacklights. Class starts at 8:45 however you can come early (8:30) to get your glow-in-the-dark paint and glowsticks! We'll decorate ourselves and then have an hour long vinyasa based class. All levels welcome! This is your chance to let go and just HAVE FUN! Wear something white or neon if you want your clothes to glow too. Bring a friend and let's move.
