This year we are giving parenting a try. Parents of preschoolers, children, youth, and even grandparents are invited to join us. This event will happen the first weekend of the new year at Bethany Baptist Church. Make plans to join us Friday evening, January 6th from 6:30pm-9:00pm and Saturday morning, January 7th from 8:30am-12:00pm. Dinner is provided Friday evening as well as a continental breakfast on Saturday morning. The total cost for the weekend is only $5 per person!! Deborah Harrell will be our event leader!

To kick off our January emphasis on prayer, author and pastor Dr. James Banks will be with us this Saturday to lead an evening workshop. He will give two talks - What Difference Does Prayer Make? and Praying God s Word. At 6:00 pm, we will break and have a supper of pizza and Caesar salad.
